You move forward in your own creative journey while actively helping others in theirs — sharing input, resources, and connections. This support may naturally extend beyond our gathering times, while still honoring people’s time and energy.
The space brings together creatives from various disciplines, backgrounds, and stages of life. These differences bring fresh energy into the room, expand how you see your own work, and inspire a sense of awe and appreciation for what others do.
Emphasis is placed on enjoying the process, celebrating the milestones (no matter the size!), and trusting that results are the natural sum of small steps taken over time.
A supportive structure helps you move forward with clarity and purpose, while honoring rhythms that are sustainable and leave room for grace, flexibility, and rest.
Sessions integrate grounding exercises and guided visualizations that invite you to slow down and attune to the present moment, opening the imagination to free, expansive exploration.
Creativity is approached as a full-body experience. You're encouraged to follow your intuition and listen to what the body knows, remaining open to insights that don’t arrive through logic alone.
Part creative salon, accountability group, and reflective peer space.
The space blends personal growth, craft, and career; it’s part creative salon, accountability group, and reflective peer space.
Between sessions, stay connected through accountability buddies, co-working cafés, and a private Skool community — gentle structures that encourage steady progress, shared energy, and a sense of play.
You bring your works-in-progress into the room and receive thoughtful input from a diverse group of creatives. We draw from our unique experiences, talents, and connections to support what each person is building.
Each gathering offers space to celebrate wins, name challenges, and be witnessed in the process. In sharing our stories, we’re reminded we’re not walking alone.
Together, we explore a creative rhythm that works with your life — balancing creation, production, and rest in a way that feels sustainable and aligned.
We begin by shaping your vision and defining a clear, self-determined milestone for our time together, all grounded in a deeper sense of why the work matters to you.
Supports both the creative process and the human behind it.
Each circle moves through a carefully held structure that supports both the creative process and the human behind it.
I’m an actor, voice over artist, designer, facilitator, and entrepreneur — a creative spirit just like you!
My path has taken me from studying architecture at the University of Notre Dame, to earning an MFA in acting from The Theatre School at DePaul University, to designing experiences in the high-end hospitality world. Whether building spaces, embodying story, or curating gatherings, I’m most energized by supporting others in creating a life that feels deeply alive.
I believe magic happens when you speak your dreams out loud, move forward in community, and discover more joy in the process. Your creations are authentic extensions of the beautiful complexity that is you — gifts that, when shared, make the world glow a little brighter.
I’m trying something a little different for the final circle of 2026. If this experience speaks to you, let’s connect!
Participation is capped at 10 to preserve the intimacy needed for meaningful conversation and connection.
The circles meet once a week over the course of 12 weeks. Each gathering is 90 minutes long and takes place via Zoom. Full details about the upcoming circle are shared below.

" I began with an idea, and I finished with a website, a business email, business cards, a more functioning social media space, and a huge, beautiful, inspiring network of other entrepreneurs and creatives... Oh! And for my MC and speaking business, I have gigs! "

" If Maricruz had just focused on the result, I don't think I would have gotten to where I got. It was that weekly process of showing up and refining what pieces I was going to do… That's what got me to where I wanted to go. "

“ I was hesitant to share something. I did, and thanks to that, one of the participants was able to help me and guide me through my own experience. I ended up self-submitting for a role that is very important to me. And that all came because of the circles — these people, this new network. "

“ I really struggle with the business side of acting. Having a member of the community connect me with another actor that has more experience... It was so helpful, and it really helped me to make a decision about my journey as a creative. "

" My career as a freelance lighting designer felt stagnant, where jobs felt repetitive and momentum in my work felt flat. When I joined the community, I was immediately surrounded by several creatives, some facing similar issues and others facing others. What struck me most is I was not the only creative in the community feeling the same way. Many in our group had felt some type of stagnation in their work, and, with our meetups happening during the late fall/early winter months, many of us were going through the same issues.
Where the community really came in and helped was where many of us got to showcase our work to others and really highlight some of the projects we did and why we were in our respective fields. I personally was finding photos of my work throughout the years in preparation for a portfolio refresher. During my presentation, thanks to the community, I realized I had a great sense of storytelling and that my work touched others in a way I had never expected; many were floored by the way lighting could impact a production and the way it could shape the narrative throughout the piece.
Thanks to the community, I felt a renewed sense of confidence and motivation to continue throughout my career, even with the winter months upon us where most of our work dies down. I believe if anyone is in need of a support community of fellow creatives, whether you’re down in the rut or need a bit of guidance, Maricruz’s Creative Circles is a great way to help restore that in one’s self while meeting fellow creatives from all walks of life.
